Pool and Spa Servicing
The quality of his work is fine, but we found him and his company/service to be unreliable. He suggested a regular day of the week when service would be performed but didn't really stick to that schedule from the first week. Early on in his service, he ordered filters for the pool at a local pool store. When the filters arrived, they were more expensive than he quoted us and he was nowhere to be found. I had to call him repeatedly and pick up the filters myself before he eventually came around to install them. Then in early July we received an invoice for June and July (two visits each month). Both days in July were in the future - he hadn't yet serviced the pool. When the first July service date mentioned on the invoice arrived he was nowhere to be found. I tried calling and emailing, but have not yet gotten a call back or email. I would not recommend MW Pool Service.
