He is a private contractor and everybody have used him and that’s how we got him. He did another house in the neighborhood and we asked the neighbour to just tell us and give us his phone number. He came out and painted the whole exterior of the house for $800. He has done work for a lot of neighbors in the neighborhood and that’s how we got him. He helped us replace the shutters with hardnut wood because ants get into the wood that is above sprinklers. We had cat nests installed around the house and he took them off for us and threw them away. He told us what to buy, we ordered them and he installed the shutters and painted it. He came back and painted the front door to match the shutters. Our house is 3700 sq feet so it is pretty big. It took him about four days to paint the whole thing. He was there with one man to do the job and both of them on ladders. When we left early morning to work they would be working and we returned at night they would still be there cleaning up and working at night. It is a beautiful. They matched all the colors carefully because our insurance replaced the roof after a hail storm. The color in the gutter is now matching everything. It looks very custom. My wife thinks we would miss this house if we have to leave it. They came when they said they were going to come and they had two jobs ahead of me. They came on a Monday to start the job and on Saturday morning we did a walk through before we paid. They are going to do the interior painting as well.
