Lowe's

It was a colossal waste of time and money dealing with Lowe's Keystone Cops staff. • After the first home visit on 6/22, Lowe's said that they couldn't replace doors on stucco exteriors (the “No-Bid”). • BUT the salesman convinced me to let a supervisor, Chris T, come over for a "real expert's opinion." • On 7/11, Chris emailed an estimate to install (among other work) “Full light entry exit door for the garage in fiberglass with dual pane and tempered glass. White inside and out with full glass view and you supply your own hardware. Installed, full frame replacement includes sills, material, labor, trim, and tax... complete for $698.08” • On 7/23, I authorized Chris to proceed with the $698 job. • On 7/25, Chris acknowledged “I will begin working on this for you today.” • Then nothing… • On 9/19, I emailed Chris to check in. No reply. • On 9/26, I finally tracked down Chris’s boss, Adam T, who promptly assigned Peter H to assist me. • On 10/2, Peter dug up the 6/22 No-Bid and said he can’t help me. Lowe's lost over $8000 of business (based on Chris's estimate). I now go to Home Depot.

One of their contractors came out to install it. Lowe's recommended them. They did a good job. The job was fine overall. It went smooth. We had a 12 year old  water heater, and it was a matter of just upgrading it. I didn't have any problems.

This reviews represents my shopping experience at Lowe's.  Merchandise is below average in quality, for the quality of material price is high. Customer service is OK.  As of now I do not shop for my home supplies at Lowe's.  Especially stay away form all electrical products.

They did a good job and I was happy with it! The installer did a good job and I was really pleased with the work.

The two delivery drivers did a great job. They went above and beyond. They cleaned out the area were my old washer and dryer were. Installed the new washer and dryer. They cleaned up after themselves and did not mess up my carpet. They were pleasant to work with.

See above, this was a terrible experience with the installation of a dishwasher, the install cracked the counter top which ends up costing more than the dishwasher by about 3.

I purchased it three weeks ago and it was installed last week. Everything was as they said, it was spelled out and explained. The installation was a breeze. They did extra stuff which was not in the contract, and I appreciated it. One of their employees, Colleen, was awesome and very helpful. I would use them again in the future.

CARPETING AND PRICE WERE VERY GOOD, INSTALLATION PUNCTUALITY AND SOME PROBLEMS OCCURRED WITH CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR WAS 4 TO 5 HOURS LATE DUE TO MISDIRECTION OF PRODUCT. WORKER LOOSENED A CONNECTION BEHIND COMODE CAUSING A LEAK AFTER THEY LEFT AND I HAD TO REPLACE THE SUPPLY LINE.
