They were great. They were very good. They took a lot of time with us and showed us all kinds of houses. They were very professional. They put forth a really good effort. I was picky and they got that. I was very pleased. The seller paid the commission. They did pretty good for Texas.

They came in and gave me a realistic price on my house. I put it on the Market in May and closed and was out of there within 6 weeks. I liked their presentation and they put a plan together on how they were going to sell the house. They took pictures of it - some with the furniture and some after the furniture had been moved out. We listed the home for $149,000 and closed at $145,000. They were quick to call me on bids and everything, I would recommend them. I think the fee was standard, it was $8,700.
