Description of Work: Our Realtor, Holly Hiller, helped us find our first home in Carrollton, TX. We viewed houses in Coppell, Lewisville, Farmers Branch, and Carrollton; though I believe her main area is Denton/Flower Mound/Coppell. Holly not only helped us find our first home, she helped us define what the perfect home for us was. She helped us take into consideration location, affordability, size, acreage, neighborhood, everything! Holly was always on time for our viewing appointments, and was so flexible with her time. My husband's job keeps him on a kooky schedule, and she worked around it constantly. Holly spent months showing us tons of houses and never lost patience or tried to get us to settle, she truly wanted us to find a home we loved. She considered what was best for us regarding every choice we came across (foreclosure or not, realistic amount of DIY improvements, type of neighborhood, etc). We finally narrowed it down and put in a successful bid on our current home. Holly also helped us arrange a whirlwind closing. Our wedding day was November 8, 2009; we signed papers on November 9, 2009, left the title companies' office and went straight to the airport to leave on our honeymoon. This was stressful for everyone, but Holly made it happen so we would still make the cut-off for the homebuyers' tax credit and not have to think about home buying while we were on our honeymoon! I'm so happy about the whole experience of working with Holly; we will definitely use her if we ever "upgrade".
