It was a good service.

The "measure" service went just fine. A few days following the measure, someone from Home Depot made a follow-up call. We explained that because of the holidays and our still growing puppy, we would probably wait a month or two before coming into the store and shopping for carpet. All good up to this point. The issue I had with them occurred on our eventual visit to the store to take a look at samples and hopefully pick something out or bring samples home. We visited the store late one morning on a weekday, at a time when there were nearly no customers in the entire store, and there were no other customers in the flooring department. We approached the service area where two people were sitting down at their computers. We informed the saleswoman that we had had a measure done a month two ago and that we were now ready to take a look at carpet. She pulled up our information on her computer and said "OK, here's your square footage - go ahead and pick something out, come back, and I can tell you much it will be." She never smiled, she never got out of chair, she never asked us any questions. Reluctantly we went ahead and poked around through the carpet samples, expecting she may get up and offer some assistance. Never happened. After a few minutes, we walked past her desk and left the store. Neither her, nor the salesman sitting at his desk, said a word. I was flabbergasted at the total absence of salesmanship and professionalism. Neither sales person appeared to care that we there to purchase potentially $8,000 worth of carpet. I went a specialty store and did my business there. I would not ever recommend buying carpet at the Home Depot in Flower Mound.

It was a pretty good experience. The employees were pretty good about being helpful. We didn't have any problems finding anything that we were looking for.

They were on time with the delivery and actually performed work they should not have done, per the contract. I am referencing the plumbing aspect of the project.

Very acceptable and absolutely delivered on time and what we ordered. The installers really worked well with our needs for moving furniture only on certain days.
