See above. Roofed houses and did not pay for the materials.
Description of Work: willie acquired roofing materials for $57K in 2011 & 2012 and did not pay for these materials. His behavior will void the homeowners warranties on thier roofing materials. He has not returned calls or emails and will not make payments. Not a professional.
