Grasso Public Adjusters did a wonderful job at dealing with the insurance adjusters.  They are very good at that.  Their problem is they have TERRIBLE customer service.  I was to endorse the insurance check and send back to them so that they could take out their fees.  It was 5 weeks and I had to contact them to find out what was going on.  Joe Grasso was rude and told me to contact the roofing company but as you know they had to send me back a check so that I could pay the roofing company.  He tried to tell me that it had already been done.  Come to find out his wife, Lisa had neglected to send the check.  So, later I find out that they were able to get additional payment from the insurance company.  When I endored the check again and mailed it back, so they could once again take their fees out.  I asked if it was going to take 8 weeks to get, the payment.  Lisa's response was to allow 2 weeks for processing.  So, at 5 weeks I have to contact them again and was told that the check would go out on Friday.  I then get another reply from Joe Grasso, being very condescending and patronizing, when if I had been told that it could take 4 weeks we wouldn't have even had the 2nd discussion.
The bottom line is they are very good at what they do but Joe Grasso is very difficult to deal with.

Mr Grasso became very threatening when I tried to work this out with . He even tried to trick me into signing the insurance check that was made out to me. He said that his name was on the check because it was mailed to him. The insurance company said  the check was only to me and he had no right to do this.
