+ -1 moreA++++++++ closed my house in 48 hours notice!!! Something the prvious company could not do in 30 days. Call Linda Miller, Escrow agent. Amazing!!!!!
Description of Work: I needed to close on a house to avoid capital gains on a house I closed almost 2 years ago. The title company I WAS going with told my mortgage company that they needed documents by noon the day before closing. When VA (known for delays) was a few hours late allowing docs to be sent, the title compnay would not bend, and would not close on the date I needed becasue we were a few hours late. I called Linda Miller at Freedom Title in Flower Mound. She closed my loan in 48 hours!!! Something that Resource Title couldn't do in 30 days. Bravo Freedom Title. Top Notch Customer Service. Bravo Escrow agent Linda Miller. I can't imaginge going anywhere else.
