Called then came in when fast turnaround was promised. Took over 1.5 hours. I sat and looked at my parked vehicle for the first hour. When I asked about how soon, they seemed to not know or care.

With the air conditioner, it no longer worked - did not cool. Not only was the belt bad but there was fatigue on several internal parts that required they be replaced. Repair was completed a couple of hours ahead of time, and it was solved. Car works fine. It was later that they notified us that we had a discount as they found out one of the repairs was under our manufacturer's warranty. Price was refunded.
We've used their services for years now on 3 of our cars, the CRV, Impala and Yaris. They've always found deals and coupons we did not know of and applied them to help us out. They're the best we've seen as far as any experience with auto repair businesses!

I spent $80 on the battery and they were fine. They were able to pull up what I needed and if I recall correctly they did not have it there, but they had it delivered within a couple of hours.

They have done oil changes, air conditioning service, flat repair, and inspections. I don't use one person in particular. Whoever is available when I need a service is who I use. They are very punctual. I didn't have to leave. They got it done in a timely manner.
