Fencescape Design company (Greg Wilbanks) started on the fence work without getting a permit from the Town of Flower Mound. It was a code violation. The Town of Flower Mound penalized this Provider because of this permit issue. The contractor kept us in dark about the permit. Fencescape Design contractor Greg Wilbanks also installed the fence incorrectly along the border that is shared between my neighbor and me. They wanted money again to correct the mistake.

Also this provider's measurements of the linear feet proved to be notably more when compared to two other providers I later got quotes from. So even though it might appear that you are getting a slightly better deal you might end up paying more. Also this provider charges 50% more for the gates when compared to two other providers who gave me quotes.

This Provider gave me a quote with a Town of Flower Mound permit fee of $100 and when the town only charges $60(reason being that he has to charge for his time driving up to the Town of Flower Mound's office) . The town office informed me that the provider can just pay the amount online and doesn't even need to go to the Town's office.

I am a very dissatisfied customer.

FenceScape, working with another landscape architect, redesigned the landscaping to better highlight and enhance the features of our house. They re-constructed the upstairs balcony to structurally and aesthetically improve it.  Their project pricing was very competitive with other contractors from whom we solicited bids.
They have a robust business, so securing a project start date on their schedule requires a little patience, but the quality of their work is well worth the wait.  They are professional, knowledgeable, enjoyable to work with, and they diligently work to satisfy and meet expectations. The end result is one of a positive "consumer experience".
