Started out really good, then things went bad. What would have been a three week job at the most turned out into two months and job still not finished. He has all kids of excuses for not finishing work, delays in deliveries of parts, to broken truck. Then he fired his laborers and it was a one person crew. He shows up late in the morning, or does not show up and no explanation. He promises to be at my home early and then does not show up. We have paid him in full and in advance for another job he was supposed to have started. So disappointed in Mr. Ernest and my dealings with Angie’s List not paying better attention to these kind of incompetent people.

been waitinh on 3rd peice of surround fot shower. what customer fails to tell you is that in that time period their a c went out. I fixed at no charge. cant get to work early because you have to wait in line just to get in. I am very disappointed in theses people. also failed to tell you I drove 900 miles to get their shower door. thats Why I am out of the business. People SUCK.
