Elliot is studying Math with me. When I asked him what he did for a living, he said that he is basically a "handyman" and he gave me one of his cards which lists: Basic Carpentry, Hauling, Landscaping, Decks, Fencing ... whatever Odds & Ends you might need. He speaks perfect English, probably his only language, and his price is very reasonable. I will be using him again for projects we need help with. It sure is good to know him.
