Eco Remodeling did not pay several sub contractors resulting in property liens.
Eco Remodeling uses sub contractors that price gouge (invoiced $1500.00 to replace 2 restroom exhaust fans that cost $20.00 each in materials)
Eco Remodeling invoiced me for tools of the trade, (tape measures, screwdriver sets, hammers, drill bits etc)
Eco Remodeling inflated sub contractor invoices and then added the company mark up on top of it.
Eco Remodeling uses multiple names (Eco Landscapes, Grants ECO Construction Group and a few others. Multiple names = Red Flag !!!!!!)
Eco Remodeling sub contractors do not warranty their work and would not return to fix things or make any repairs (granite company, flooring company, electrician, and the plumber wouldn't come back because he wasn't paid )
These guys just see dollar signs for commercial jobs and they know how to trap the owner into paying. It is so easy for contractors to maliciously over price and inflate invoices and then simply put liens on the property forcing the owners to pay all the overages and these guys along with their subs are pro's at it.
As with any contractor, the first response in any dispute about overages is that material changes add cost, yes this is true however when they chose to deviate from the plans and change from epoxy painting a floor to tiling it, they shouldn't force that cost on to the owner but they do. They went overboard on adding granite ledges and then say oops yeah we went a little over sorry but it looks great and I need more money so where is my check?
Yes I have proof of all of this, and stand by my review and opinions that these guys and any of their affiliates are professional scammers that prey upon the inexperienced.

However, we dispute this review which review of public record and appropriately filed legal and court documents will indicate that we were professional and followed all purchasers instructions regarding this project. We went above and beyond in trying to accommodate and resolve any issues this purchaser may have had."
"Mrs. (member name removed) . Thank you for your review, however, I believe it is a little skewed. I think you have us confused with another contractor that you also met with the day of our meeting. Per our records, we arrived for our appt. a few minutes early and returned the proposal on the day promised. I am sorry you feel we were over priced. Our pricing directly reflects the quality of work we perform and you should expect. $20,000 for the amount of work requested on your two bathroom remodels and the kitchen floor is quite reasonable. Not every budget allows for all the work requested, but we do our best to try to stay within."
