Window Treatment Service
It went well but we wanted an additional new shade for which we have been following up since 2013.
Does not respond to emails
Does not respond to phone calls
Promised life time warranty and no show up for the repairs.
Even if he responds,he said he is very busy and he said he will call to schedule appointment.
No return calls after that. Poor customer service.
Looks like one man business. No customer service at all.
He needs to hire more people on the customer service front.
