Called Dave to catch and get rid of squirrels in our attic. He has been very responsive and on time. He set traps out and looked around attic for any observable damage caused by squirrels. He also cleaned out the squirrel nest in the attic. One squirrel caught so far. Dave came over the next day to take it away. He offered for us to continue using the traps until roof repairs made by another company so no more squirrels can get in.

I had my quarterly Pest management done. I have used Dave for years and he is a great guy.

It's on an as needed. On the price, I don't remember off the top of my head. We've used them several times.

I can't say enough good things about Dave and his company. His customer service, professionalism, punctuality, and work are second to none. In a day and age where customer service and trustworthiness seem to have taken a backseat to profits and volume, Dave apparently runs his company by 'old school' standards which is golden rule based. Treat your customers the way you would want to be treated. Aside from his very friendly and caring demeanor, Dave makes it a point to show up on time, give an honest assessment of treatment needed and actually is open minded and encouraging for customers to shop around and do some research. Dave is not pushy and doesn't come across like he's a car salesman with his services. Even though i'm sure there is a lot of competition in this field, Dave let's his service sell itself. As far as the work, Dave offers very competitive and reassuring treatment plans and his work is fabulous! Dave makes every effort to keep from having to unneccesarily tear into walls or cabinets for the sake of getting to where he needs to for treatment quickly. Dave takes his time to make sure there are no other options on the table to minimize damage but still accomplish the goal. Although this is my first termite treatment, i learned that any damage done in order to get access needed to treat for termite infestation falls on the responsibility of the homeowner to repair. Dave not taking the 'easy' route and tearing into walls is very much appreciated. In regards to the treatment at my home, i think i can safely assume that other companies would have just 'did what they had to do' and left me with more expenses and repairs to do after they left. If you have any pest control needs, do yourself a big favor and give Dave a call!

I've used Dave for approximately 5 years. Dave is the best provider I have ever used for service around my home. He has always delivered above my expectations.

At our most recent service appointment, we had the home treated (interior and exterior) for basic pest control.  That's normally all we need because the products are very effective and last for months.  We did have a problem with a LOT of bees suddenly settling in our backyard a few seasons ago, just out of the blue we had a huge hive on our back window, and when none of the local beekeepers wanted the newly-formed hive, Dave came out to take care of it for us.  I do know that the company also provides services for fire ants in the yard, termites, mice and rats, and probably just about any other pest issue you'd have, although I can't address those services in any detail as we have not had those come up yet.  I definitely recommend this company, especially for anyone who prefers "green" chemicals or has kids or pets in the home.

Dave's recommendation of treating the perimeter of the house with Termador for preventing termites seems to be the best solution for preventing termites.  We had some termite swarming and were concerned that the termites might get into the house.
We are coming up on one year and haven't had any issues.  Since this is a family run busines with lower overhead, his treatment estimate was much lower than the nationally advertised companies.   Dave has been doing this for years and has treated thousands of homes.  I recommend his services.  He didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need.

Dave was easy to get a hold of and was able to come out the same day. Unlike another company I contacted, Dave was willing to inspect and perform service in one treatment rather than lock us in on some expensive annual contract. When Dave inspected the bathroom he determined there were no termites but mounds brought in from fire ants. He had no problem sifting through the dirt and wall insulation with his hands. No fire ants currently occupied the mounds. That was that..nothing needed to be done...no sales push. However, we opted to have the inside and outside of house sprayed for future insect problems. Dave was honest and friendly.

It was great. He was very friendly. He was really personable.

Dave was very responsive, informative, and exceeded expectations.  Not only did he take care of our immediate needs, but he treated the whole house to prevent other pests.  I received a couple of competitive quotes from large companies that were more expensive and probably less responsive than Dave.  He is very professional and good to work with; I definitely recommend using him for any pest issues your house might have.

They came out to my home quickly to my response, they used a bait to complete the service. After the service were complete, I was not happy with the follow up due to they did not clean up after themselves.

It killed the bugs.  Dave was very friendly.  He came by the house while I was having construction on the outside, to look for insect damage.  He was proactive.

Great service and always very responsive to calls and emails. Come back out after spraying if there are still issues at no charge. Excellent service.
