All work was done VERY professionally and in a VERY timely manner in spite of scheduling problems with the tenant. Schedule was performed as contracted from the moment the bid was accepted. Contractor contacted me with periodic updates and whenever there was an unforseen problem or issue.
Over a year later (April 2012) the tenant reported a leak in the wall where the plumbing for the shower is and when Crossroads was contacted they investigated and did all needed repairs at no charge explaining that the work was still under warrantee.
Crossroads cares about their workmanship and their customers!!!!!

He has done a lot of projects for me. I would use his services in the future too. In fact, I have some other projects and so I am waiting for him to schedule for me because I don’t want to use anybody else.

I hired Gary in August 2009, to help my dad with general repairs and remodeling. He has been doing jobs for us for over 7 months. He has been reliable, honest, and is always meticulous with his work. Many times I have sent Gary with my debit card to buy supplies and trust him completely. I also had him do some work on my son's house in Trophy club, where he built a custom vent hood to match the cabinets, converted an open area into an office with french doors and a custom window looking onto the foyer. The work was all very professional. I had a small utility room that was literally falling off my house. Gary tore it off, and completely and rebuilt a 16 X 19 room from the ground up. The quality of his work is exceptional and something you rarely see anymore.
