After moving from California to Texas I had to find a new doctor for my two cats. I am so happy to have found Dr Lock. She is hands-down the best doctor I have had in the 20+ years of being owned by cats. She is thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable. She will not recommend tests or procedures that she does not believe will be beneficial. The staff is fantastic, they are friendly, caring and very helpful. I highly recommend Cross Timbers Animal Medical Center.

Their customer service, attendance, thoughtful, followup, honest, straight forward, not over priced. Gosh, their great.

The appointment went well. They have really good doctors. The doctor actually follows up with us and not a nurse after the appointment on the lab work and stuff like that.

Poorly. My appointment was at 10:15 and they did not finish until approximately 11:15. Had the feeling they were not so concerned about getting to know our dog, but to push as many products and services as possible. Many animals are quite nervous when going to a Vet, and ours is no exception. Requiring me to wait almost an hour with an anxious dog is not reasonable and has never been my experience.

Dr Locke is wonderful. She is thorough and wonderful with my cats. I have moved around the country quite a bit and always have a challenge finding a vet I like. I am fortunate to have found Dr Locke. The entire staff is friendly and professional.

We recently moved to the area and have a 13+ year old standard poodle. He has a condition that doesn't allow him to stand for very long. Dr.Lindsley was great with him. She talks really fast and it is sometimes hard to get a word in edgewise. However, she will take all the time necessary to answer all of your questions.

When contacted, the vet's office arranged for an appointment to exam my sick cat very quickly. Upon our arrival at the vet's office, we were shown to a room and shortly thereafter a vet tech arrived to exam my cat and obtain details of her sickness. Next the vet examined my cat and explained what his exam entailed and outlined possible treatment plans. I obtained a prescription medicine at the vet's office after the exam was completed. The entire process took only about an hour to complete. The vet called at least three times after the exam to follow up on how well my cat was responding to the medicines. All vet staff were observed to be caring and profession in their dealings with me and my cat.

Excellent! Our dog Harley needed a cyst removed from the top of her head. We were very happy with Dr. Harvey and his pet care team. They took the time to explain Harley's blood work prior to her surgery, then kept us informed about her progress on surgery day. It was a nice surprise when we picked Harley up to see that they'd also trimmed her very long toenails -- a courtesy puppy pedicure for the good patient! The entire team at Cross Timbers Animal Medical Center is wonderful. You can tell they love what they do. Their prices are extremely reasonable, too. We love that they're a smaller animal clinic and that the Veterinarians there know our dog so well. Our family highly recommends Cross Timbers to everyone in our area and wouldn't trust anyone else with our pet's medical needs. We love them!

Dr. Lock was wonderful. She took her time, and was gentle and kind to me and my dog, Poco! She spent a generous amount of time getting to know the history of my 16 year old dog and informing me of different medical options in treating his various conditions. She provided the right balance between being informative but not trying to push every treatment under the sun. She seemed to be invested in making my dog feel his best at his advanced age. Most impressive was that she read through all of his previous records and called me the next day for a follow up consult. If you are looking for a vet in the Flower Mound area, this is hands down, the one to go to! 10 tail wags for this vet!
