The people in the office are very professional and nice. I wish the house cleaners they hired had their standards. The maids would not clean my house well. A very kind lady from the office would come out and check then have the work done again. She would even work with the maids. When she would be here and for the next cleaning, they would do a good job. Then they would slack off and not clean well. We went through three different maids from the company and it happened with each one. I would have stopped using Cox Cleaning earlier if it was not for the wonderful lady in the main office. Finally the last time the workers left as I was in the back yard without finishing my downstairs. Enough was enough. I truly wish it would have worked out as I enjoyed the lady in the main office but could not afford $135 twice a month for a lousy cleaning job.

Unfortunately I cancelled service to search for a upfront and transparent housecleaning company.
Description of Work: A loyal customer for years, but we were toyed with when it came to changing frequency of service and rate. It made us feel like being loyal, honest paying customer meant nothing.

Ivonne was great. Her team was great. If we ever had comments about an area we needed cleaned better, the next time it would be taken care of.
Description of Work: We hired Cox Cleaning for monthly cleanings in 2006 when my wife was too pregnant to keep the house clean. We continued to use them for several years on a bi-weekly basis until the financial collapse hit and we couldn't afford it anymore. Great prompt and trustworthy service.
