The people in the office are very professional and nice.  I wish the house cleaners they hired had their standards.   The maids would not clean my house well.  A very kind lady from the office would come out and check then have the work done again.  She would even work with the maids.  When she would be here and for the next cleaning, they would do a good job.  Then they would slack off and not clean well.   We went through three different maids from the company and it happened with each one.   I would have stopped using Cox Cleaning earlier if it was not for the wonderful lady in the main office.   Finally the last time the workers left as I was in the back yard without finishing my downstairs.  Enough was enough.    I truly wish it would have worked out as I enjoyed the lady in the main office but could not afford $135 twice a month for a lousy cleaning job.
