Mike and Jennifer were so quick to respond to me as a new customer. I called them Thursday as our booster pump was not working and our main pump had a leak in it and they came out the very next morning, exactly on time. We had been using another pool company but they couldn't come out until Tuesday and advised me to turn my pool off until they could come out. With Mike and Jennifer being in the area, they were available right away, and come with all of the parts so that they can do service as needed, not come back and complete the service the next week. They spent time going over everything with me and answering multiple questions as I am a new pool owner. I certainly trust them with my pool and will continue to use them now for weekly service. Highly recommended!

Flower Mound Pool Care was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They found my problem was a cracked manifold and repaired it for less than I had expected. They said the pool cleaner would take care of the cleanup, when I had expected to have to pay extra for cleaning. They pointed out other possible future maintenance issues and provided bids for the other work with no pressure. I would definitely recommend them to others needing pool maintenance or repair.

They turned the wrong side out to help us pick colors to get a new beautiful new sparkly pool without the black algae problems that we had for the last many years. We were really happy with it.

I contacted Flower Mound Pool Care and Maintenance LLC mid morning and described that I noticed that there was no water circulating in my pool. I described a noise the pump motor made when turned on manually and they said it could be a bad pump and may need to be replaced. They made an appointment for later that afternoon the same day. They arrived on time and in a matter of minutes after examining the pump said that indeed it was bad and needed to be replaced. The pump was 15 years old but they did have a brand new replacement pump, same brand and model number on the truck and had it installed within the first hour on the job. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and courtesy they brought to the job. They were very competent and knew what had to be done and corrected the problem. I appreciated the fact they did not try to up sell me or sell me any additional equipment or extended warrantees. I will use them again because of the honesty, candor, and integrity they demonstrated during my repair visit. They did figure in the 10% discount as a result of using Angie's List

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They work out of a truck so they had all the parts they needed on that truck. I appreciated that they were able to do the job in one visit. They even gave me a free leaf bag. They went above and beyond what I expected.

They were very polite to my tenant. They showed up on time and did the work they promised at the price they promised. I didn’t have to worry about it because I knew they’d get the work done.

The details are short and sweet. They arrived when they said they would and did what they said they would do for the price they had quoted. The defective GFCI was a surprise, but they're licensed electricians so the repair was painless. Highly recommended.

Our pool pump was making a terribly loud noise. I called Flower Mound Pool and they promptly came out to check out the issue and immediately got to work to repair and replace the pool pump motor. Motors aren't cheap but I feel like we were treated right and the price for labor and parts were fair. They have also come out to backwash and service our filter and did a great job.

very responsive via text messaging. found an issue with my pool vac/cleaner, and they simply dropped in a loaner unit so they could diagnose it further back at the shop.

They came out and they were very friendly and ready to answer any questions pertaining to my pool. I even inquired about a problem with a skimmer door I had been having and she spotted the problem almost immediately. I have had several others out here with no luck. I thought they were a bit high, but then I feel that you got what your paid for, qualified service done right. I will definitely call n them again.

My DE filter was pretty old and could not be serviced anymore. I got DE filter replacement quotes from various stores. The price quoted by Flower Mound Pool Care was on the average 20% less than the other. They did not try to upsell any unwanted equipment or services. Jennifer and Mike Williams were very easy to work with. They arrived Saturday morning and installed the new DE filter. Gave me a 15-20 minute training on how to operate the filter and the rest of the pool equipment and controls (Since I am new to pool care). The pool was not used for 3 years and we needed to replace a 30 yr old filter. Therefore, the pool was a mess. Their work was performed quickly and professionally. We were very satisfied with their price as well as the extras such as setting up the pool.

An Email from the company was sent to me without my even having to call them, which I felt was very proactive. Due to weather issues(cold and rainy) the appointment was rescheduled. I completely understood this and would not expect them to work in those adverse conditions. The tech arrived at my house while I was out and started to clean the filter grids. Damage was found to 5 of the 8 grids so the tech stopped cleaning at that point. The tech left the grids and manifold out for inspection. I found them when I arrived home and it was the only way I knew they had been there at all. Later that night an email was sent to me with an estimate for repairs. They indicated a new grid set and manifold were needed and quoted over $400 in parts! I researched online and was able to locate new grids for $158(includes shipping cost). I could not see any cracks on the manifold so I took it to 3 separate pools stores. They really would have preferred to sell me a manifold but all stores agreed the one I had was in good shape. I set up an appointment for filter re-assembly after the new grids arrived. This time I was home but the techs just seemed to want to get in and out as fast as possible with out notification. They put the filter together and fed DE into it but left it turned off. They cleaned up and left the work area spotless. I have NO issue with the work performed. It was the customer service and over priced parts where I would warn folks, do your research and get second opinions!

Mike and Jennifer provide excellent service. They are very professional, friendly, and competent. Excellent service, excellent value. They use Intuit's online payment service, which makes paying the bill a breeze. (You can pay the old fasioned way too). I have hired them three times since Nov 2012 and will do it again the next time my pool needs to be serviced. 3

(See update below) Our experience with Flower Mound Pool Care and Maintenance was proactive from start to finish! Once I purchased their service from an Angie's List special, they responded with an email setting up the appointment within 1 day (I didn't even have to call them!) They arrived when they said they would, went straight to work cleaning our pool filter and helping me understand my pool system. Mike is a licensed electrician and I immediately trusted his expertise and recommendations. They were nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. We are looking forward to using their services again! ** June 13 - UPDATE: When Flower Mound Pool Care and Maintenance team was here providing the service I purchased (cleaning the filters), I asked them about a couple of other items (replacing the timer, and resurfacing and re-doing the pool coping--both relatively expensive services). They said they could do the work, and would get me an estimate. I emailed them about a week later asking them to provide an estimate - and stated I work at home, so I'm here all the time, they could just stop by when it suited their schedule. No response. I called them about 2-3 weeks after the email, left a message, restated my request for an estimate. Still no response. This changes my review on professionalism and responsiveness -- although my first experience with them was very good.
