Carpet World

Both projects turned out okay. The back splash was done by guys that did a much better job speaking English than the guys who did the carpet, which made communication a bit difficult. The owner came to my home to bring carpet samples, but after that I never saw him again. He sent the workers each time to complete the job but never called or followed up to see how things had gone or if I was pleased with the work.

the experience would have been a lot nicer if the owner would have responded to my questions in a timely manner, instead of me reaching out to him multiple times.

Called Carpet World and Doug met me at the house the next day to provide a quote and to select the carpet (another company I phoned couldn't meet for a week).  Very professional, provided the quote on the spot, and had carpets to select from with him.  
Installation was easy to schedule and the installers were on time and did a great (and quick!) job.  Moved bedroom furniture out and back in the room when completed.
I didn't get any other quotes, but from looking at prices on carpet at Lowe's (and the other reviews on Angies List), I think the price was competitive and much more convenient!

It went great!  They were professional, prompt, willing to do work that other installers didn't want to do (tearing down and putting new baseboards to be exact).  The price was great too!!  We are SO happy with their work.

You don't have to leave the house. He comes to you. His price is the best price in town. He really knows his carpets. I got the best price, but it was also a high quality carpet. I got a quote from six people, and he was the best. The crew that came out to do the tile were really good. I didn't have to clean up anything after them. It was awesome. They were so nice.

Doug was very knowledgeable and professional with helping us choose a new living room carpet. We didn't want to replace the entire house carpet, just the one room, but our current carpet was discontinued. So Doug helped us find something to replace it with (without trying to match it)....considering the current carpet color/texture/quality, the neutral wall paint colors, as well as different tiles in the adjoining foyer and kitchen. He was very flexible at meeting our schedule for the install, and accommodating at multiple requests during the entire process. The install crew did a great job, and it looks phenomenal! Thanks Doug for making it all work!

Fabulous! We are getting our house ready to sell and had a hot water heater bust and ruin living room floors. Doug came over the day I called him and had his guys scheduled that Saturday. They showed up on time, very professional, worked fast and did a beautiful job. I already recommended him to family members needing new flooring. Prices were excellent and our floors are nicer than the ones we had before that we bought from empire (don't use empire they are a rip off!!)

Doug was incredibly knowledgable, nice, flexible, professional, accommodating, and competitively priced. He was also willing to accommodate some unusual requests from us, and was very flexible when we had to reschedule our installation date at least 3 times due to construction delays. His installers did an excellent job especially with a challenging angled/curved wooden staircase. Our carpet looks fantastic, thanks Doug.

Great Service.  The quote process went great and all promises were delivered on.  We will definitely use in the future.

Measurement was incorrect and had to order more carpet.  Received quickly and completed job.  Did not provide all choices for transitions and was slightly disappointed with a long transition at tile.

The provider spent several weeks and considerable time making sure we got the right product for our needs/tastes (no pressure to make a decision).  Scheduling was quick, and install completed with no significant problems.  They we very responsive to my question/concerns.  I would and have recommended to others.

They did what they said they would do, on time and nice results. I would recommend Carpet World.
