Sylvie is prompt, professional, is always upbeat and easy to talk to. This buying and selling process is stressful and Sylvie sure does take a load off with her extensive knowledge of the process. She is a great negotiator and she examines all of the legal interest to ensure a smooth transaction. Throughout each transaction she always returned calls in a timely manner and answered all questions thoroughly in a way that made sense.
