From the day the bid was submitted to the final day, Neil was very cooperative and knowledgeable. He simply could not have been easier to work with. He always arrived at the time promised. He was well prepared to do the tasks and used his many professional contacts to provide top quality materials and job skills. At the end of each work day, he very thoroughly cleaned the work area, never leaving a mess behind. He took measures to make certain the construction dust minimally impacted the rest of our home which was appreciated since we have allergies. Our closet quickly transformed into a lovely large shower. He arranged for the installation of our new sink and toilet. The walls had to be expanded out two feet into the neighboring room to accompany a walk-in handicap shower and a new entrance had to be cut from the old wall. Neil installed a sliding "barn door" to maximize the floor space in our new 9x5 bath. He was even able to reuse the closet door utilizing some expert trim techniques. Neil reused some of the old trim to keep the integrity of the 1959 home intact, including some hard to replace bead board, using the materials of the time and keeping it "green". Whenever a problem occurred, he implemented measures to correct issues immediately, even calling workmen back to the site to make good work even better. We have recommended him to several friends and family already. We get many compliments on how beautiful our new bath is and several friends have asked for his card for referrals. We know we saved a lot of money by selecting Neil as our contractor and the value added to our home was instantaneous. He understands the needs of those of us who are hoping to age in our homes.
