From the design to getting mock ups to review and final delivery, Boulder Design was in constant communication. Great customer service and great to work with.
We signed a contract to order one and the process was really easy. We paid half down as our deposit and then worked with Mike to create our boulder. I got on the website and started looking at all the boulders that they had done and got some really neat ideas. My first go at it was a Cross and our last names the Established date. So Mike sent me the drawing of the first one and I was no I am thinking more of a different cross.
One of the things I really liked is you can create your own boulder when it comes to the design you want put on it. They can do anything. So Mike sent another proof and I ended up going with a four leaf clover since my husband and I got married on St. Patrick's day in 2012 and we are Irish. We got the proof and we were so excited when it arrived. I think from the time we met at Mayfest and placed the order to when it was delivered it may have been 6 weeks. The turn around time was great.
We get so many compliments on our boulder. We tell people in our neighborhood if you want to find our house look for the boulder with the four leaf clover on it!
