Aqua Solve Cleaning and Restoration

He came out and wasn't very pleasant. He charged more than he should've. I had used them before, and they were great. I was disappointed this second time. He didn't seem as focused. He acted like he was in a hurry and wanted to get done quick. I don't think he was very thorough this second time. I got the feeling that he had me hooked and wasn't making an effort to be nice this time. 

They were responsive. We were kept waiting for the appointment.

Tom does a great job and is always on time or early and even when I called him once with a need to do the job quickly on short notice he found a way to get it done. The service is always top notch and professionally done and Tom is a great guy who is kind of gruff looking but is actually a really nice guy.
I've been a homeowner for over 20 years and Aqua-Solve is the best carpet cleaning company I've ever used.

We have carpets in two bedrooms, closet and area rugs and they cleaned those for us.  I have used them many times.

I was referred to this provider by my realtor. Tom returned my call the same day, scheduled within 4 days, arrived on time and did a very professional job. He was honest up front that certain pet stains could not be 100% removed and I knew this would be the case, and even though some spots remain, I feel he did the best that could be done and I'm very happy with the results.

Tom and his son were awesome. They thouroughly explained everything they were going to do and answered any questions we had. They worked great as a team and did a fantastic job. We are very, very pleased. The whole house just smells clean and fresh and the carpets look brand new. We have had pets and children/grandchildren and I am sure most of you can imagine how many things get spilled with little ones around. We can't even tell there was even any foot traffic in the house. I highly recommend Aqua Solve. Tom was on time and communicated well. Thanks guys.

I used Tom when I bought the house on realtor's recommendation. With two small dogs, once is never enough. Tom and his son showed up on time (having called to confirm enroute) and got right to work steam cleaning the carpet, rug, and stairs. I LOVED
that he used corner guards to protect paint and trim from the hose. A first.

Called Tom at the last minute and he was able to squeeze us in his schedule. Our carpets needed to be cleaned because we are trying to sell our house. He is very professional and friendly. He did an excellent job on our carpets and we would certainly use him again.

Tom was friendly, accommodating, and on time. I asked him to call ahead, since I work from home, and he did just as I asked. He also provided a stain cleaning kit since I found him on Angie's List. He worked quickly through the house and provided great service. He cleaned a nasty stain in a high traffic area in front of my couch and got it out! No need to look anywhere else!! My carpet hadn't been steam-cleaned in 25 years, and now it looks almost like new. He did a great job of getting rid of stains and accumulated dirt. He works very hard to do the job right and I was very impressed by his effort and thoroughness. The price was very reasonable, too. Excellent job!

I called Aqua Solve based on high Angies List reviews. Tom explained the services completely and honestly, both on the phone and in person. My carpets and rug look very nice. Pricing is comparable with other carpet cleaning services in our area.

Tom was very prompt to clean our carpets and file floors. He is very professional and can lift very heavy furniture that no one man should be lifting! We have two dogs and twins so our carpets and floors were a mess. The carpet looked and smelled fantastic and my tile floors looked brand new. I cannot say enough great things about how my tile floor looks! We also had a water leak that soaked part of our living room carpet a year ago. Tom promptly came over and managed to save not only the carpet but the pad as well. That saved us a lot of money and we were very grateful for his services. We will definitely be using Aqua Solve to clean our carpets and tile floors again.

As usual, everything went perfectly. I can always trust Tom to get the job done without having to worry about a thing. He arrived right on time and began working non-stop for 3 hours. When he was finished, he cleaned up very well and left fans to help my sofa and rug dry as it was a damp day. Again, I cannot not recommend Tom highly enough!

Contacted Aqua Solve on short notice to have our carpets cleaned. We called and were able to schedule the cleaning within the same week. He was on time, professionally dressed, and we instantly knew he was genuinely interested in meeting our expectations. We have a large home so we did a walk thru to discuss the rooms and areas we needed cleaned. He briefed us on what to expect, dry times, etc. We had errands to run so we left him to his work. When we returned the carpets were perfectly cleaned and the house was left in perfect condition. He left us an invoice on the counter detailing his work, and the price was exactly as quoted. He is an owner/operator and truly cares about your 100% satisfaction. We will definently use him again. Thanks for the great work

Tom has helped with emergencies when I had a client's child spill red paint on the carpet and he was there to help get it out. He understands stains and knows what formula to use to make it come out. They did a great job. They charged me $150; it was a special that Angie's List had. They provided a great service. I was pleased with them. They did a wonderful job. The price was reasonable. They were very responsive. I am not sure about their punctuality. They were professional and they did a good job. I would recommend them in the future. I will use them again in the future.

It went very well. I was really pleased with the results. The sectional came out great. The carpets came out great. There were several stains in my son's carpet that I didn't think would come out, but the did. The guys were very professional and courteous.
I was especially impressed with how they protected our furniture and base boards during the cleaning process. A lot of other company's don't go through the effort these guys did. I thought that was great. I was thoroughly pleased with the service and will use them again in the future. Highly recommended!
