took a bit of time but they did a good job. price was very good. Polite and professional and, they were here within an hour of talking to their dispatcher.

Excellent good communicator and he is satisfied with the service so far.

Chuck and crew (Robert, Matt and Jeff) did an amazing job without a hitch. Courteous and professional. Very affordable. They were not happy till we were happy. Would highly recommend Anderson lighting and electric for any electrical project.

Anderson L&E were able to respond on the same day we called. They have also done work for us previously. On both occasions we were very satisfied!

The guys that came out were so nice. They replaced a ceiling fan that was really high up and made sure the new mount was up to date and safe.

This was a near disaster. I hired Anderson Lighting & Electric to run power out to my back yard shop along with cat-5 and coax cable. My breaker panel that they were tapping off of is in my garage.They had to cut away the plywood paneling above it to get access to the panel/power and in the process of cutting thru the plywood cut into the live/hot wire to my clothes drier tripping the breaker and killing power to the drier along with most everything else in the house. It's fortunate that the power was the only thing that was killed. Next they ran the wrong wires out to the shop. They ran 2 conductor with a ground and it should have been 3 conductor with a ground. Then they ran the grey pvc electrical conduit on the outside of by brick work coming out of my garage attic. This looked awful and had to be re-run down the inside of the garage wall which was mostly out of sight and looked much better. Two of the workers smoked a lot of cigarettes and after they finished working the job I had to go around and pick up their cigarette butts. They were late both days they worked. I had already dug the trench for the wires out to the shop myself including digging under my patio pavers and leaving a piece of 1 inch pvc pipe under the pavers for their works to use.They never even saw the pipe I left and ended up digging/driving another piece of pipe next to mine.Go figure.They spilled a lot of pvc pipe adhesive on my drive way. Fortunately it cleaned up without much trouble. I was home all day both days they worked this job and a lot of the confusion could have been avoided if they would have just gone over things with me before they started or at anytime during the job they could have doubled checked things with me. All the mistakes were corrected and I have electrical service, cat-5 and coax cable out to my shop now. I'd like to think what happened on this job is not normally how Anderson Lighting & Electric works but I will never know because I won't use them again or recommend them to others.

Excellent 1 On time and called ahead of arrival 2 this was a high wire act that they handled well and efficiently 3 they were courteous/polite and advised on how to manage a change out I was making at lower level 4 Because they charge by the hour I knew what I was going to pay.

We originally used Anderson when we moved into our house, about 5 years ago.  We called again just recently [8/24/15] because our AC company could not find a breaker they needed to keep our AC running.  We waited over a week for them to locate the breaker that would fit into our breaker box.  We got tired of waiting and called Anderson Electric, they came over right away and got the breaker from Home Depot.  It was installed same day and our AC has been running ever since.

Our most recent call was 8/31/15, because we did not have lights in our master bath.  They traced wiring to see where the problem was and fixed the problem, a plug had a short and had already burned the plug up.

They were great. They did a great job and got it done in one day.

I called to inquire about having some lights installed and Mr. Anderson
was able to come out the very next morning to give me an estimate.  We chatted about the best way to
approach the task and I immediately sensed that he had a good instinct
and could be trusted.  He had a written estimate for me the very
next day, which was significantly lower than other estimates I had been given for the
same work from other companies, and upon my approval, was able to start on that very day.  He sent
his foremen and two journeymen over to do the work, meeting them at my
house to go over the details of the project as we had discussed them. 
The men who did the work were very professional, worked quickly, and accommodated my schedule when I needed to leave the house in the middle of the project, then return.  They were sweet to my kids and a general joy to have in the home.  They took great care to minimize the mess created and cleaned up after themselves upon completion of the job.  They lights look wonderful and provide exactly what we need; Mr. Anderson's instinct's were spot on.  And our total bill came in under estimate, which was a nice surprise!  We are very happy with Anderson Lighting and Electric Co. and will definitely call on them again for our future needs.

His name is Charles. They were very good in doing exactly what I asked them to do. They didn’t try to sell me anything else or tell me this needed to be done. They were very helpful. They did point out a lot of stuff to me. They were very reasonable too. I had gotten several prices. With regard to responsiveness, we were playing telephone tag and I don’t think it was really his problem. I think it was more mine. They came when they said they were going to. I do have other things that I'm going to have them do, so I would use them again.

After making an appointment trying to sqeeze me in they had to call and cancel due to an emergency that had come up. We rescheduled and they came out early Monday the following week. The HVAC person had been out and determined the problem was with the feed not our very old AC unit. The electrician confirmed there was only one leg getting to the unit and found the outside breaker at the main circuit panel had partially failed. Went to the supply depot and picked one up and replaced it. Checked the breaker in the HVAC to confirm power was there, showed me the reading then we stood back and turned on the HVAC and the blower went on.
Yes it was a simple call but it was nice that it was simply fixed and not some huge charge I've seen from some other electricians. I plan on using them in our new house for a few items when we get settled in there.

(From my wife): The service was outstanding and I am picky! I cannot say enough great things. Chuck was wonderful on the phone explaining what probably needed to be done and the costs involved. He gave me the best and worst case scenario in terms of material, time and labor. One of his guys, Eddie was fantastic! Eddie was on time, professional and knowledgeable about the worked that needed to be done. They had to use a mammoth ladder to reach our 20 foot plus ceiling. They were so careful about moving furniture around and watching the walls to make sure that did not hit anything with this huge ladder. Unfortunately, it was discovered that the lights gave off a weird glow in the evening and at night. I thought was going to be stuck with the lights and the ugly glow. I called Chuck. He explained the situation and why this sometimes happens on rare occasions with very high ceilings. He knew exactly what the problem was and why the lights were bouncing off my furniture, cabinets, counter top, etc in a strange way. He came back the very next day and changed out all of the lights which would give me the same level of brightness I wanted in the day and evening. I love my lights and I love the outstanding service I received from Chuck and Eddie at Anderson Lighting & Electric Co!

Anderson was excellent about ensuring the can lights were placed where I wanted them. They consulted with me, gave suggestions, and we ultimately came up with a great solution for the placement of the lights. They were then meticulous about measuring and spacing them perfectly evenly. They brought three different types of bulbs for the lights to let me compare and then choose which type of bulb I wanted them to use. The pool table light was centered exactly above the pool table. They took great care to cover everything and protect the pool table and floors from dust and debris.
The new wireless dimmable switch and master switch that were installed work flawlessly every time. The old switches he replaced did not.
The recessed enclosure and new electrical outlet required minimal drywall removal to run the wiring and since all 3 jobs would require some drywall patchwork I didn?t really mind. After the job was complete, the crew cleaned the areas and left. After they had left and I started to install some of the media devices, it became apparent that the enclosure was too small. This was my mistake as they had consulted with me first. I called Anderson and he promptly returned my call and said that the subcontractor that was to come out tomorrow to repair the drywall would cut a larger whole and install a larger enclosure. (This added a bit to the price but it was my mistake.)
The next day the subcontractor arrived, put in a larger enclosure patched all of the drywall on all 3 projects. The only negative with this total experience is that the drywall repair was only so-so, and I had to paint it myself, although it was relatively cheap ($300 total to add larger enclosure and repair drywall).
Total spent for everything: about $2,100.
 

His service was excellent. They are reasonably priced and come with a lot of experience. The team is very professional and they work until they make it right. He is a good guy with a great team. I have recommended him and his team to many of my clients. They arrived early and when they said they would come back, they returned. He put me on the books within twenty four hours and Chuck is very professional.

He was fantastic. I used him over many years. I had some lights for my path that lit up at night. He went out of his way to find the bulbs.  He would come twice a year to do the electrical lighting along the path. His service was great! He helped me get my house completely up to date for electrical work most only on the outside. It was full voltage lighting. He did path lights, spot lights, and everything else I needed. I would call him twice a year and I am planning to call him to install the path lights in my new home. He would do the work even though I was not home. He would come in and email me the bill or leave it in the front door. I have his cell number on my list of contacts. I would call and he would answer immediately. His service was great.

I found this provider through another site but Angie's List contacted me to do a review. I had to purchase a new oven/range a couple of years ago and could not accept delivery of it because the old oven was hardwired into the wall. I was asked to call an electrician to install the appropriate plug for the appliance and found Mr. Anderson. He had next day availability and was prompt, fast, professional, and very reasonable in price. I asked him if he could fix the light switch in the hall bathroom while he was there and he was more than willing to do that as well. He performed the work quickly and gave me some advice on the fixture which was in need of replacement. I am so happy to be able to provide the review and will call him when for my future needs.

The service was wonderful. He is a good guy with integrity. I would recommend him to anyone.
