"Thank you [Member Name Removed] for your kind words. We strive to complete every job with excellence. We hope to do business again should you need us."
"We are so pleased that you had a good experience and that you are satisfied. We aim to please and give good communications as to what is needed along the way. Thank you for your business."
"This is a complete mystery. I just spoke with Mr. [Member Name Removed]this morning. I sent my technicians to the correct address (verified with customer today) at 8:45 Tuesday June 5, 2018 which was the time I scheduled with Mr. [Member Name Removed]the afternoon before. They got no response at the door so at 8:49am they called the customer on their cell phone (I have verification of the call and phone number is verified) They left a message on the phone and then called back to the office. I then called Mr. [Member Name Removed]' number from our office phone. I got no response so I left a message. I had my guys wait at the address for about another half hour figuring that there was some sort of misunderstanding and I would be hearing from the customer. The reason I had them wait there that long was because of the distance they had to drive to get there. As I never got a call back from Mr. [Member Name Removed]I had my guys leave. I never got a return call to the messages and this morning I found this review on the website. If there was a misunderstanding on the appointment time, I don't know why I never got a call back from the customer. Until this morning I just figured he forgot about the appointment. It is possible even if unlikely that my techs. arrived at the wrong address but that being the case then there had to be two dropped phone messages too. The phone number was programmed into my phone system so it was the same phone number I spoke to Mr. [Member Name Removed]on this morning. Again, this is a complete mystery and in no way is this the way I run my company. All things considered, I'm hoping Mr. [Member Name Removed]will withdraw his "F" review but I have no control over that."
"I have been in email conversation with Mr. [Member Name Removed]. I apologized for how the job went and offered some service to make up for the job. I told him this was not the way we normally do business. He said everything was well with the job in the end and said "Please take me off your list of dissatisfied customers." It has alway been our policy to not leave a customer dissatisfied if we possibly could do anything about it."
We originally used Anderson when we moved into our house, about 5 years ago. We called again just recently [8/24/15] because our AC company could not find a breaker they needed to keep our AC running. We waited over a week for them to locate the breaker that would fit into our breaker box. We got tired of waiting and called Anderson Electric, they came over right away and got the breaker from Home Depot. It was installed same day and our AC has been running ever since.
Our most recent call was 8/31/15, because we did not have lights in our master bath. They traced wiring to see where the problem was and fixed the problem, a plug had a short and had already burned the plug up.
was able to come out the very next morning to give me an estimate. We chatted about the best way to
approach the task and I immediately sensed that he had a good instinct
and could be trusted. He had a written estimate for me the very
next day, which was significantly lower than other estimates I had been given for the
same work from other companies, and upon my approval, was able to start on that very day. He sent
his foremen and two journeymen over to do the work, meeting them at my
house to go over the details of the project as we had discussed them.
The men who did the work were very professional, worked quickly, and accommodated my schedule when I needed to leave the house in the middle of the project, then return. They were sweet to my kids and a general joy to have in the home. They took great care to minimize the mess created and cleaned up after themselves upon completion of the job. They lights look wonderful and provide exactly what we need; Mr. Anderson's instinct's were spot on. And our total bill came in under estimate, which was a nice surprise! We are very happy with Anderson Lighting and Electric Co. and will definitely call on them again for our future needs.
Yes it was a simple call but it was nice that it was simply fixed and not some huge charge I've seen from some other electricians. I plan on using them in our new house for a few items when we get settled in there.
The new wireless dimmable switch and master switch that were installed work flawlessly every time. The old switches he replaced did not.
The recessed enclosure and new electrical outlet required minimal drywall removal to run the wiring and since all 3 jobs would require some drywall patchwork I didn?t really mind. After the job was complete, the crew cleaned the areas and left. After they had left and I started to install some of the media devices, it became apparent that the enclosure was too small. This was my mistake as they had consulted with me first. I called Anderson and he promptly returned my call and said that the subcontractor that was to come out tomorrow to repair the drywall would cut a larger whole and install a larger enclosure. (This added a bit to the price but it was my mistake.)
The next day the subcontractor arrived, put in a larger enclosure patched all of the drywall on all 3 projects. The only negative with this total experience is that the drywall repair was only so-so, and I had to paint it myself, although it was relatively cheap ($300 total to add larger enclosure and repair drywall).
Total spent for everything: about $2,100.
