Great job. After the power wash house looked like it was freshly painted. Windows are sparkly clean and the crew was neat and careful about moving furniture and items around. We will definitely call James again!

This is the second time we used American Window Cleaning.

The owner, James, is responsive to calls, shows up timely on the scheduled date, works efficiently, does an excellent job with the cleaning job, and the price is good. He works with a partner who does the outside and James does the inside. They remove and clean the screens and tracts, too.

We are happy with their services and will call them again! I recommend them to others.

They are a small business with a customer base so you may have a slight wait for an appointment, depending on their schedule and where you live. Worth the wait.

When I initially contacted James Denardo at American Window Cleaning, we scheduled a future date for the window cleaning services.
On the day of the service, James Denardo and his assistant arrived as scheduled. They were very polite and professional. My husband and I gave James a brief tour of the inside so he'd know about all the windows.
They got right to work. James did the inside and his assistant did the outside. They were quick, efficient, and we are very pleased with how our windows look after a good washing.
We would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to our neighbors.

I asked for recommendations via a neighborhood website and American Window Cleaning was mentioned. He called me back within 24 hours and communicated that he was very busy, but would be out to provide an estimate as soon as possible. That took place about a week later and I was shocked at how good the price was so immediately called and scheduled. Because of snow and very cold weather, we had to reschedule the first day, but he came on a Saturday so we didn't have to push back into the following week. He came out with another gentleman who was extremely friendly and pleasant. They did a great job. It went quickly and they were very neat.
Overall, I was very pleased with the price and the job done.

This was a really great experience! Jim (the owner) wasn't available, so his cousin, Scott, cleaned my windows for me. Scott and his co-worker were amazing! They were hard-working, friendly, approachable, conscientious, thorough, and provided great service all the way around at a very reasonable price.

I felt super lucky to get them the weekend before Thanksgiving! We scheduled an appointment for 9am on Saturday.

They did arrive more than an hour late that first day. As the appointed time came and went, I called Scott to see when he'd be there so I could plan my errands. It seemed that I may have surprised him, like, maybe he forgot? But he arrived about an hour after my call and got right to work. He and his co-worker did a super job!

They thoroughly cleaned all the windows in my one-story, 3100 sq ft home, to include the windows in my exterior doors AND the windows in my interior French doors! Not only that, but Scott surprised me by cleaning the window in my shed (yes!) and the window in my gate! He didn't charge me for those windows; he's just the kind of guy who wants to do a thorough, conscientious job. Now THAT'S great service!

I had recently had my home interior painted, and when the painter re-installed the arched plantation shutter in my family room, he put all the 'blades' in the wrong places. (Who knew they HAD designated places?) The arch looked odd. It was clear that the blades were misplaced and turned in the wrong directions. Scott INSISTED on fixing that for me. And he did a genius job! There were LOTS of 'blades' and figuring out which ones went where seemed daunting to me as I prepared for Thanksgiving week guests and a dinner for 15. But Scott came up with an ingenious plan for sorting the blades and figuring out just which ones went where. I was SO grateful!

The completion date for this service was Thanksgiving Day! Yes, that's right! Scott actually came to my home on Thanksgiving Day to complete the last few windows! They ran out of time on the Saturday prior. Scott planned to come back on Monday or Tuesday to finish the last three windows, but other obligations got in his way. He kept in touch with me, and I didn't mind at all that he had to postpone. In fact, as it turns out, I cleaned my deck and exterior light fixtures on Tuesday (AFTER Scott and his co-worker cleaned my windows surrounding my deck), and I acidentally splattered dirty water on my freshly cleaned windows. I was disappointed. Scott eagerly offered to re-clean them at no additional charge! (I insisted on paying him for them again.) So, it turned out that it was better for me that Scott couldn't get out until later.

Who shows up to work on Thanksgiving Day? Well, Scott does -- if he hasn't finished the job he intended to do. He insisted!
I can't say enough good about this experience. Thank you, Scott and Amercian Window Cleaning! You made my home look sparkling clean, and it was such a happy, positive experience!

Have used them several times and they always do a great job. Takes a little while to get in the calendar, but once you have an appointment, they show up on time and do what they say the'll do. Owner and cousin do all the work, so it's always been done right. They price the service right so you can have windows done when you need them, instead of just once a year.

They are very responsible and reliable. Their service is timely. I've been using them for 17 years and I'm very happy with them.

They came out and did and estimate, then put me in the calendar. They arrived when promised and did a very nice job. Windows look great! Owner and his cousin do all the work, so quality was very good. Wiped off all dripped water, even on outside doors. Will definitely use again!

Arrived on time, went right to work, watched carefully for landscapeing, removed shoes before coming inside. very courteous.
