Dropped off truck on 5/18/2015. Made sure that main issue....fuel sensor not working......be addressed. As this was left off the original estimate which was a sight only one, the company said it would be no problem to get a supplement from the insurance company and fix it. Mid last week my husband called and they said they were waiting on a response from the insurance company. They called today and I went to pick up the truck. First thing I asked was did the sensor get fixed. The reply was they had hooked up the code reader and it showed no problem. I asked them if they had started and drove the truck and checked it out. Reply....reader showed no problem. Took owner out and had him start the truck. He said, "Oh". Said maybe his staff thought I had low fuel. It was on EMPTY. I reminded him that we had been watching the mileage and it had around a 1/2 tank and we had told him that when we dropped it off. He then said he would call the insurance company !!! (Supposedly already had done this) and get the supplement to fix it and he would have to call the dealer and see what needed to be done. (We thought this was why it was taking so long, they had to maybe take it to dealer to get fixed.) He then told me he would get it fixed and I could come pick it up tomorrow. Lots of talking in circles and I never got a straight answer to a question. Not happy at all with their service and their attitude. I do not see anyway that the truck will be ready for pick up tomorrow.
