Although the staff touted a great deal of experience in training dogs, that was not our feeling . The first few days they left the dog in a crate saying they were and quot; getting to know him.and quot;. The second week we received a phone call from staff asking permission to take the dog to the vet be causes he was having stomach problems. The stomach problems were due to over feeding with treats to train the dog. Every call we made to check on the dog, we were told he was and quot;just fine.and quot;. When we picked up our dog at the end of the training we were horrified to learn that the dog was locked up at 6 pm each night and expected to not go to the bathroom until 7 the next morning; one of the owners indicated the bigger dogs could hold it that long so our dog should too. Their training consisted of some very basic commands and tricks all done with treats of food. It became apparent that the treats were the only food the dog had as he lost over a pound when weighed at the vet shortly after leaving the training. Our dog was covered in fleas when we left the facility and required two treatments at the vet.

Bottom line is the owners present a program that just doesn't deliver in our opinion. The basic training they did provide certainly could be done in a few afternoons as opposed to 28 days. The facility is unkept, unprofessional in appearance and smells. Don't be fooled by their website!

They took good care of my dogs. They bathed them before I picked them up. Their prices are reasonable. They have inside and outside kennel areas. They are highly rated. They have dripping water for the dogs bowls. The kennels are temperature controlled. The facility is very clean.
