TV Service - Cable
Disaster. Not ready to provide internet or internet-based phone service. Constant problems with connectivity and quality. Speeds are worse than with ATT DSL, if you can imagine. Absolutely the least reliable utility in our home. If their service is interrupted (and it happens at least once a week, you have no home phone, since that home phone is VOIP)

TV Service - Cable
I have been dealing with this company for over a year now and unfortunately have no other options for internet service in my area. Half the time (literally) we have no service. They continue to tell me when I call that they are updating their system. A year and a half seems like plenty of time to do this. However, it has been very disappointing.
