It was a great experience. He was very informative. He is very busy so it was difficult to get back, but he kept in touch until he was able to get back, and I like the work that he's done. I think the price is reasonable. He is very professional. Because of my job, most of our interaction was on the phone, but he was very good.

I'd used another lawn fertilization provider for a year with poor results. My neighbor's lawn was gorgeous, so I asked who treated his lawn and it was Nathan Ferguson's Lawn Rescue. I called about twice and left messages before Mr. Ferguson was able to return my call. He was very professional and explained they were extremely busy at the time. He was going to be working in my area the next day, so he met with me at that time. He was able to immediately diagnose the problem causing the grass to die on an area in the front lawn and recommend a treatment solution. He treated the problem area and fertilized the entire lawn. He left a bill on the door. I terminated my previous lawn fertilizer provider. Almost immediately, my lawn's condition was dramatically improved and I plan to be a regular customer. Mr. Ferguson explained that he tracks needed services and calls customers the day before he plans to come.

I think their service is comparable to TruGreen at a more affordable price. I will use them again.
