Tom and Brian arrived on time and were very courteous worked quickly. All my stains were removed and carpets felt and smelled fresh. It only took about an hour to dry. Price was reasonable.

They did an OK job, but there were stains which they did not remove. We later removed them our selves.

BAIT AND SWITCH.
ChemDry's online quote was for $ 180.00 but the finished bill was $ 248.98. At the time that the bill was presented, I asked why the big difference?The answer was that "They made a mistake in the office about the 3 chairs. The office thought that they were 3 dining room chairs, not swival rockers".The web site did not provide any area for rockers, only chairs but, after my questioning, they changed the site adding such items.My request for a refund because of their error was denied and they offered a 10% discount on my next carpet cleaning.
What a slap in the face.I have all of the proof of this sham if anyone wants to see it.

"I'm sorry for the confusion on our parent companies website on the chairs. As everyone knows there are a wide variety of chairs and the $10 was for dining chairs. The wording has since been changed as to be clearer as to what the client is wanting done. We never bait and switch. We are very upfront and honest about our pricing and try to provide value for everyone. We are a franchise and have strict guidelines on how we advertise prices so as not to mislead anyone.
