Roofing
They charged half up front. Applied a silicone membrane (Jan 2017) and gave me a 20 year warranty. The fix didn't even last 20 days. It leaked at the first rain and has continued to leak for 3 years. I have given them every opportunity to fix it, and after promising to make it right (April 2019) they have completely cut off all communication and have refused to honor their warranty. I have exhaustive documentation of the agreement, work, leaks, and communications. I would never recommend them. They are all smiles and platitudes, but their ethics are the worst.
