Rios Resurfacing

The man came out to refinished my tub. He was 2 hours late and then when he left there were 3 large runs, dirt under the paint, and he painted over the existing caulk. He came out the next day and sanded the runs and other spots and repainted the sanded areas and tried to leave before painting one of the sanded areas. He came back in and painted a small area. There is still powder and grit on the tub and grit under the paint. I tried to have him come back, and he cancelled twice. After calling again they came back out on Monday morning. They had to sand the whole tub again and repaint it adding a clear coat to the paint. We have been out of a tub for 8 days now but the job is at least better than it was the first 3 attempts. I would not recommend this company due to the amount of times they had to come out to get the job to an acceptable state.

Had my kitchen sink resurfaced by Juan. He and partner spent 2 1/2 hours and ran into some pumps and smudge problems. Return to recoat, but now is too thick and chipping in areas. Am having them return as there is a 2 or 3 year guarantee on the work. Once complete, I know I will be able to better their score on the job. Owner, Hector, might need to get involved as Juan mentioned several times that he values these reviews to represent the business.

Once I made the request Rios Resurfacing called immediately. Price quilted. They confirmed the time. Showed up on time. They were efficient, neat and informative.

We were very impressed with the customer service offered to us. Our sink didn't finish out as I had hoped and they came right back our and redid it. They are honest, and that is so wonderful. We would recommend them.

I highly do not recommend this company. Had to call them back for concerns with my bathtub twice and still did not address all my concerns. Texture and color were inconsistent. Hector came back on third time sprayed clear coat, which helped texture but did not fix color problems even though they were pointed out. Not the results I was hoping for. A loss of $450. I checked the reviews that's the reason I chose this company. All I can say is next time I will not pay worker until I'm satisfied. They cashed the check the first day. They have my money and I have a very unprofessional looking bathtub.

Hector did a great job on resurfacing our bathtub. He was courteous, on time and his work was a terrific value.

I initially talked to Hector who quoted a price and said he could do it the same afternoon of my call. His brother, Juan, arrived on time. Showed me each step to insure I was satisfied. The tub looks great. They were very courteous and took great pride in their work. I would hire them again and recommend them to everyone.
