Bobby is one of the best contractors I have ever had work done with. He knew what the problem was within a few minutes of touring the house and he was absolutely right. His guys are great. They were professional and cleaned up everyday. The did exactly what they said they would do and where here when they said they would. Bobby was also right when I asked him how long it would take. I can't say enough good things about Bobby Manzanares and his team at Pro-Pier Foundation Repair & Drainage. I had what turned out to be springs coming from the Greenbelt behind my home that were literally destroying my pool and threatening my foundation. My pool builder and landscaping company tried and failed to address the situation because they could not adequately diagnose it. Bobby immediately saw the problem and proposed and innovative and cost-effective solution in the form of a u-shaped French drain up to 13 feet deep around my property. Now as my neighbors and our developers struggle to deal with the challenges presented by this situation, my home and pool are safely protected. In addition the Pro-pier team was fast and complete. They did all of the drugging work by hand and moved a massive amount of dirt, completing the project in about a week counting rain delays with a crew exceeding ten hard-working men. Each day they cleaned up their mess and even though it was not part of the contract they restored the landscape areas around my pool to previous form without charge Bobby is a True pro who hates drainage issues and will take resolving them personally. I was sure we would be discussing how many piers they would need to install under my foundation.  Instead, they analyzed the elevations in different areas of my home and determined I most likely had a leak under the house.  They strongly encouraged me to have a plumber come out and perform tests to determine whether the pipes to my septic system were leaking under the house.  If that was the case, I would not necessarily need foundation repair.

I did have tests done and had the drainage pipes replaced. In addition, I had a water lead from a copper pipe under the house.  He was right and I appreciate the honesty and professional direction to the right fix, even though that meant they didn't get paid for any work done.  I will definitely call them again if I need work done!

We just bought a house, and after the first torrential rain, we had water seeping into the house. Bobby came over and identified the problem, but since his crew was booked on other projects and more rain was coming, he told us what we can do to remedy the problem immediately. We followed his instructions and it worked. We still have standing water after harsh rain, but no more water entering the house. We are currently getting on his schedule to remedy the surface water.
He listened to my concerns and walked the property with me as I pointed out various issues we were having. He solved a problem entirely during the consultation by probing the ground to find where my downspouts' exit drain was. It turned out that it was buried under a couple of inches of sod! After pulling the grass off, my gutters were able to work properly.
He is very professional and knowledgeable.  I am so thankful for his help.

We had a problem with water entering the house but were not sure where it was coming from. Bobby surveyed the area and in a matter of seconds pointed out the problem which was our mulch was too high and sloping towards the house. Basically allowing excess water to run into the house via the air holes in the brickwork. He also pointed out that it would benefit getting better guttering to help with torrential rain. When I inquired about the cost of his visit he said it was on the house and never charged me a thing. This guy knows his stuff, very impressed, very professional and his honesty struck me the most, which is hard to find nowadays. If we have a problem with our foundations or drainage then Pro-Pier will be our first call.

This the second house on which I have used Pro-Pier Foundation for foundation repairs. I have been very satisfied with them on both projects.  The owner is very knowledgeable, did not try to sell me something I did not need, and was very patient with my questions and concerns.  He is experienced in repairing foundations on a single townhouse with adjoining units on one common foundation. The crew put in an 11 hour day to complete the job in accord with the structural engineer's specifications. The engineer approved their work after completion.  I will use them again if I need foundation repair.

Before I tore out and removed a rather large portion of my concrete patio (for a garden) I needed a professional to evaluate the potential changes in drainage the removal of the concrete might cause. And, if removed the cost to build a retaining wall, French drains, etc. to divert any water run-off away from the pool. I was especially concerned about harming my pool (the concrete was near the pool), or creating foundation problems for my house.
I left an email message via the Company's web site contact page (late evening). Bob M. responded to my request the very next day and came out and assessed the situation. He said, removing that large a portion of concrete would change the drainage, and, overtime, could have significant effects on the rest of the concrete (cracks, etc), as well as the potential to pool water under the bowl of the pool; not to mention the possibility of hair-line cracks that might develop (and spread) along the cut/removed edge (if that makes sense) of the patio. He discussed the slope of my property and the fact that there is a very narrow space between my lot and the neighbors to dig trenches for French drains.. It was possible to install pump type drains, retaining walls, etc., but, for me, it was cost prohibitive.
He was upfront and honest and I so appreciate that.
If I ever have a need for the services they provide, I will definitely be calling again.

They were wonderful. The owner of the company can talk as much about foundations as you want to know. The cool thing was that I had another couple of companies come out and use a lot of high tech equipment to get the correct measurements and this guy at Pro-Tier eyeballed the thing and came up with the same measurements and issues as the other people just by looking at it. And his price was better too. He was fast, accurate and told me everything I never wanted to know about foundations. They came out in the morning and by 2 p.m. it looked like nobody had ever even been here. They dug holes so deep you couldn't even see their heads. They dug up some plants and put them in. There was no mud, no anything.
