Our first floor heater went out - Choice came out, determined that it was a serious problem and replaced the heater within days. It was very cold and because it was an emergency repair, we did not bid the job, so I cannot say that I could not have gotten the work done at the same level for less. But these guys were responsive, professional and I believe they will stand by their work.

They are very courteous. Their professionalism is quite good. They are punctual, but they missed a huge problem with my air conditioner. They installed a compressor that was still under warranty, and they wanted me to pay to replace it. I wasn't happy with that. They're really, really nice people, though.
