After a couple of meetings and revisions we had plans that encompassed our ideas with his design knowledge and expertise. It wasn't easy to take an existing structure that couldn't be changed and design a workable, functioning unique interior but Wally was able to do just that. We found him very open and easy to work with. His explanations of what would and wouldn't work were valuable knowledge for us. "Omar and his crew were professional, dependable, courteous, thoughtful and considerate. They did all they could to make this experience and excellent one. The workmanship is excellent and we would compare it to anyone else's. They finished our project which was a gutted bathroom, putting down flooring, beadboard, chair rail, baseboard, putting in shower, vanity commode. Omar put down flooring in front of our front door and built a steady ramp for our storage building. WE have other projects that we will be doing in the future. "The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
