Unprofessional! AVOID AT ALL
COSTS. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR HOUSECLEANING IN FARMERSVILLE, TX!! This is a
story of misrepresented level of service, bad business practices, and
outright failure to deliver upon promise, and price gouging after the
fact. Wolfe & Wolfe quoted $200 for "deep clean" engagement as a
precondition to taking us on as an every-other-week housecleaning
customer, then gouged for an extra $50 afterward, even though she did a
full walkthrough of the house the day before when she quoted $200. The
proprietor and her crew missed specific items we pointed out to her
durning the walk-through, and stressed items that we were unsatisfied
with from our previous house cleaners. Dust was left on curtains, the
hanging pot rack and its chains, shelves, door frames, picture frames,
and there were misses in the vacuuming. When she spoke with us on the
phone the day after, she refused to come back out to even look at the
misses in their service, and refused to acknowledge that we had any
grounds for complaint because "they busted their butts." She became
rude, accusatory (accused us of living in filth, which we resent), and
combative, and hung up on my wife. I have changed my door-lock codes.

We have been very happy with our service from this mother/daughter team, with their team of helpers. They are friendly, reliable and do a good job cleaning our home.
