Ross Air Conditioning and Heating is amazing. They took care of my problem quickly at a critical time. Our capacitor was blown due to some power fluctuations and it cause our AC to stop blowing. My wife was recovering from surgery and I am a disabled veteran so I needed help immediately. I called and spoke to Jane. She was super friendly and encouraging. She sent Jesse out the next day. Jesse assessed the problem and repaired it immediately. He explained the problem and evalutaed the rest of the system. He was courteous, clean, and professional while even extending a veteran discount. A few hours later, I called the office with some questions about the service. Jane and Beau were professional and courteous in helping me understand the situation. They were patient and helpful. I will use their services for every future AC and heating need.

This is a quality business and they care about their customers.  I bought my home in 2002 and at that time both the existing inside and outside units were on the verge of falling apart.  I made it limp along for a couple of years but finally had to break down and buy a completely new system in 2004.  I called a few companies for quotes and not only did Ross A/C have the best price at the time, I felt more confident in their knowledge and ethics than I did in any company who had ever come out to service the old system or given me a quote for a new one.  They installed my new system 10 years ago and I have used nobody but them ever since.  And in those 10 years, I have had no need for service calls other than routine checkups and a couple of parts replacements caused by none other than expected wear and tear.  I have recommended them to anyone who has ever asked me for referral to a good heating & a/c company.

We've used them for 20 something years ever since they went into business. They're always there when I call, you don't have a long wait. It's just a family-owned business.

After calling several companies that either did not respond, or could not visit for several days, I called Ross based upon a recommendation from my boss.  I called at 5pm expecting to make an appointment for the next day (hopefully) but Jane sent a technician to my house within an hour!  Their technician, Jesse, arrived promptly, diagnosed the system correctly, let me hang out with him to watch him perform the work (what can I say, I am a "fan" of hvac technology!) and explained everything to my satisfaction.  I showed him the Nest thermostat, which came in handy, since you can turn on the hvac anywhere using a smartphone, and it gives you internal and external temperatures, saving you multiple trips indoors to check the t-stat.
Ross charged a very fair price for both the service and the refrigerant, and nothing additional was sold to me.  Believe me, Ross Air Conditioning are the good guys!
The house is cooling properly and now my family likes me again!

THE SERVICE TECHNICIANS WERE ON TIME AND VERY COURTEOUS. THIS JOB WAS VERY TEDIOUS AND TIME CONSUMING. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED ALL THAT I NEEDED TO KNOW.

THE TECHNICIANS WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND VERY FRIENDLY. THEY EXPLAINED THE PROCEDURE AND FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH EXCELLENT CARE AND SERVICE. THEY DID NOT LEAVE ANY KIND OF MESS FOR ME TO CLEAN.
