was very happy with the work and entire experience. the team was very professional and really seemed to care about helping me fix the damage caused by a broken/leaking water heater. they were prompt, pricing was fair and they worked hard and quickly to complete job on time while i obviously hope to never need them again, if something were to happen in the future, i'd certainly call them first

Alex and his crew were there within a timely manner and worked through the night to get our home into the restoration process. They were very careful with our furniture and belongings. They came almost daily to check the progress, and Alex was always on time. He was very helpful when dealing with the insurance company. I would recommend them to everyone. They were amazing.

One bedroom wall was repaired. Flooring and baseboard was replaced in four rooms and the rooms were repainted. It took about 5 weeks actual on the job time to complete. Texas restoration contracted craftsman and painters that did an excellent job of putting the house back together. Del did a great job of keeping us informed and up to date on what it would take and when each job would be completed.

The Texas Restoration Team Was on the scene in 2 hours. They removed furniture and carpet and began the process of water removal. After all water was off the floors they placed 20 fans and 3 dehumidifiers in the house to dry it out. Michael came by every day for 4 days to check on the drying process. the equipment was removed on the fourth day. Very pleased with the quick work of Michael and his team.

They came in the middle of the night to work on my damaged floors due to a water leak. The team was very responsive to my needs during the stressful situation. They were very professional and left my house very tidy when they were finished. I would definitely use them again!!

I cannot recommend Daniel Dye and his team highly enough. We experienced an unwanted excess water regurgitation from our washer in our laundry room that was flooding multiple rooms multiple inches late on a Sunday afternoon. I was on the phone with Tx Disaster Restoration within 10 minutes and Daniel was out within 30 minutes, with the rest of his team there within an hour. They were prompt, informative, and thorough in all phases. They documented everything to the smallest detail, understanding this would be a homeowners claim where I would need to substantiate why flooring was pulled up, baseboards removed, etc. Their work absolutely kept the damage from turning into a $10,000+ homeowners claim, which is easily could have been. They took calls from my homeowners insurance company to let them know about the extent of the damage and what work they felt needed to be done. Though I hope it is not needed, they will be my first call should a similar situation occur.

The office staff and our technician (Mike) were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was very communicative and responsive to every one of our requests. Mike worked until well in the night cleaning and sterilizing the offices so our staff could return to clean and safe workspaces the next day.

Alex and crew were most efficient, polite and hardworking They were pleasant to work with during a disturbing time The entire crew arrived approximatly 8:00 pm and left approx 3:00 am They were very conscious about cleaning up as well as protecting my belongings I will be using DR for the restoration as well

We were quite impressed with Alex and the entire Texas Disaster Restoration Crew that came to help at our home. We called them about 6am and Alex was at our home in slightly over an hour. (From Farmers Branch, Tx to Wylie, Tx) Work was started immediately - Water extracted....carpets pulled up - flooring pulled up - furniture moved - sheetrock removed - baseboards removed - holes drilled to allow air flow as well as 30+ fans being placed in all affected rooms to help with drying out process....as well as mold remediation services. Water damaged carpet and flooring was removed and their clean-up of our property was Super ! Alex made regular checks on moisture levels every day. We received excellent care and services from this company. Most appreciated was that they were on time for every appointment in the follow-up days or I received a text from them giving the approximate arrival time. I have only good things to say about the service and personnel. Thanks Alex - Good Job !!!!!!

After leak corrected, Texas Disaster Recovery (TDR) responded promptly. First visit was from project manager, Alex, who documented water affected areas. He then arranged for additional personnel to begin removal of flooring, cabinets, and drywall. During this process a unrelated issue arose with water lines to dishwasher which prevented full removal of cabinets. TDR contacted a separate service (AAA Auger) who arrived within 30 minutes and AAA Auger resolved that issue within an hour. TDR continued work while AAA Auger was active, then completed removal of cabinets, etc. and by end of work day, had installed 2 dehumidifiers, 6 air blowers, and an air scrubber. These ran for about 24 hours and as Alex was busy on a separate job, project manager Daniel reviewed the progress of the drying process. The next (and last day), Alex returned and determined dryout was completed and equipment was removed. I was pleased with prompt, efficient, and effective handling of the situation by TDR.

To be clear, DO NOT USE Texas Disaster Restoration (TDR). TDR is extremely expensive, very hard to work with and very aggressive using Collection agency to collect their over-billing. Quoted from TDR’s website: “Most of our projects are covered by Texas homeowner’s insurance policies, so the only out-of-pocket costs an insured homeowner may incur is the deductible. However, on many projects, we can waive the deductible so our customers do not have to pay anything at all.” This statement not true! TDR does not honor “customers do not have to pay anything at all”. From the TDR website “we utilize the same software pricing program as most insurance carriers.” They do use the same software, but they charge a much higher rate than is covered by reputable insurance companies. TDR bills at much higher rate than insurance accepts! I have made numerous attempts to work with TDR. They refuse to honor their commitments and prefer to send you to a collection agency. I have worked with hundreds of suppliers in my career and Texas Disaster Restoration is the worst. This is not a business you want to hire. DO NOT USE Texas Disaster Restoration!
