I've only dealt with a couple of their guys and they have been extremely responsive. They've called and gave me the other information I asked for when I had some questions about another product that was not theirs. They were very forthcoming with that. I will probably have some work done by them in the next couple of months. The quote was a substantial amount of money.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They were quite good but they got their information a little mixed up and had to switch it when they actually got here. It went well and the product seems to be doing a good job. We were happy with what was left. They seemed knowledgeable about what they were installing and where it should best be placed in the roof for us to get our money's worth.

Very professional - scheduled add-on services had not been communicated to the installer, so they had to reschedule because they didn't have the parts.  Once that was ironed out, the installation went smoothly.  Two years later and the fan is still working well!

Green Ox Energy was responsive, punctual, knowledgable and professional.  They installed our solar powered attic fan quickly and suggested other ways to conserve energy.  We are very pleased with the results.

None. The company never provided the product that was promised. Finally after 4 months of believing every excuse given I called and inquired, for the 4th time, when the service would be done. Answer, never they had not ordered the part and told me that frankly they had misjudged the Angie's List deal and would not make any money on the product and in the future they would NEVER make this mistake again. They have promise to return my money but I have not seen it as yet. Worst customer service I have ever received. This company is either poorly run or just plain doesn't care about the customer.

These guys were great,  did a great job, fast easy to talk to, very straightforward.  I enjoyed doing business with them.

They were difficult to communicate with, and I think they were disorganized. Whenever we had a question, it seemed as though nobody was able to answer it. Also, the estimate itself was very high.

The first thing Green Ox's Installers did was ask me questions about my house and what our goals were with our bills.  They told me that we would need two attic ventilators to evacuate all of the hot air.  It was the same price for the second as the first, so we didn't have a problem with that as we knew we had a big house and we wanted to ensure the equipment did the job right.  Then they showed me how the thermal controller's hand-held worked, and how it took temperature readings.  Next, they showed me the attic ventilator and solar panel, which I must say was very, very cool.  Just holding the solar panel was an experience as the fan started as soon as I pointed it at the sun.  Wow!   After that, they ran power cables to the roof and set up the ladder to get busy.  We opted for the optional $100 AC connect which allows us to use house power to evacuate air at night if we desire.  The installation crew made us feel comfortable and were very knowledgeable, answering questions with answers that really made sense.  They even helped us understand how we could save more money on our energy bill with things like solar arrays with battery backups so we can sell energy back to the power company, a wind turbine, or a solar pool pump for our swimming pool.  We were very glad we used them.  We were definitely smarter after spending time with them and will be using them for our home upgrades in the future. 

ps our neighbor came out and asked them to install two on his roof, which they agreed to do at the non-members Angie's list price.  Glad I had the Angies list discount as it saved us a couple hundred dollars.  Thanks Angies list!
