Blackall Mechanical, Inc.

Since the unit was 13 years old, I asked for estimates to replace it. Estimates from Blackall were outrageous so I called other providers for comparative bids. One of the people who came to give me a bid asked if he could take a look at the failed unit. He found that the wire connections to the control board had been changed such that it was inoperable. When he put them back to their proper connect points, there was one wire with a broken pin where it connected to the control board.  He put a new connector end on the wire and everything now works just fine. I had been using Blackall for annual maintenance but will not be doing that any more.

ThE service was white glove . From the moment I called I felt I was in good hands . The service dispatcher Laura we excellent in communicating with me on when my technician would be there and the charges in would incurr.

Jorge the Technician showed up , very proffesional , uniformed with picture id. He listened to what I had to say then wet right to work . Once he found the problem he quoted me a price for the repair before completing the work . Jorge the technician is great guy and did a great job . I will be using these guys from now on .
