After being unable to fix it by myself (Im fairly knowledgable knowledgable with computers), they had been able to troubleshoot, recommend and fix what was wrong. A few issuses did arrise through the process, but all were handled appropriately and to my exp3ctations, and more immportantly in a timely manner.

Computer crashed. Blink codes indicated the CPU chip had failed and needed to be replaced. They installed one and discovered the motherboard was also defective. Motherboards for this particular computer were very hard to find. That would involve more money. Instead of doing all of the necessary repairs, I opted to buy a new one. They offered to buy that laptop for parts or possible repair and that paid for the bill I had with them, plus some extra money to boot.
