Plumbing
He billed for 4 hours more than the time he was at my house. He does not use a helper. This makes him take longer so he can bill more hours. He charged for an entire bottle of acetylene just to repair one fitting. He left at lunch for two hours and I was billed for that. He says he has to go buy parts even when he has a truck full of them. This allows him to bill more hours.
