Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. One more thing I want you to know is that I really mean what I am saying in this review. When the owner of the company, not a hired salesman, is directly involved in projects, it makes a big difference. "Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

THEY JERKED ME AROUND FOR 2 MONTHS AND I STILL HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY TO INSTALL A NEW BREAKER BOX OUT BY MY AIRCONDITIONER THAT BURNT UP BECAUSE OF THE WRONG BLOWER MOTOR THEY INSTALLED, IT SHOULD OF BEEN A TWO PHASE BLOWER AND THEY INSTALLED A SINGLE PHASE BLOWER. I TRIED TALKING WITH THEM TO COME BACK OUT AND PUT THE RIGHT BLOWER ON AND ALL I WAS BEING TOLD WAS THAT THEY WEREN'T GOING TO DO ANYMORE WORK FOR ME AND THAT I NEEDED TO CALL MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY THAT THEY WORKED FOR. BECAUSE THEY BLAMED THE HOME WARRANTY COMPANY AND SAID I NEEDED TO DEAL WITH THEM. MIND YOU I WAS TALKING WITH A SUPERVISOR AND SHE WAS RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME.
