Plumbing
They answered call and setup appt to come. Gave a 4 hour window to show... ??
He spent a couple of hours trying to fix toilet. I left him to it, I did not 'hover'.
Later he comes to me with a $350. bill and says he swapped out all of these different parts, charged me for time, driving (trip charge) and then says - HE COULDN'T FIX it. I said you've got a lot of nerve to hand me a bill and leave me no better off than when you showed up. He appologized, handed me the bill and said he was sorry he couldn't fix it, but that he had to cover his time and materials. I said, very well, this is the last time you'll work for me.
