The Home Depot

My husband and I have been shopping this Home Depot store for more than a decade and have always had wonderful service there. The selection is good and staff knowledgeable. When my husband passed away mid-2014, I had no problem dealing with the entire crew myself.

Most recently, I ordered some rocks to be delivered to start re-landscaping my front yard, getting things ready to sell the house. My rocks were delivered ahead of schedule and that was wonderful in my book. I will be purchasing more rocks from them in the very near future so that I may complete my project soon.

They did a great job.

I find the price to  be good, and the value to be good. I have founded what I wanted there, and the selection that I wanted, so I am happy with them. Every tool I have is from Home Depot. The pricing is competitive.

They are competitive. I like the service, the equipment that they sell, and their friendliness. It's also close to the house.

I've been pricing around and I found that Floor & Decor and other places are comparable. You can go to Lowe's and it depends on what you are looking for at that time, one may have a different price from the other but it's a little pricey but it's just more convenient. For some of the materials that we are going to get are from Floor & Decor because they are a little bit cheaper. We're doing a renovation of the entire house so we are going to purchase them both from Home Depot and Floor & Decor. I go to Home Depot with my husband. It's just a hardware store to me. It's okay. I like it. The staff is pretty helpful and friendly but I find it all like basically getting into the hardware store because of the economy. If you find somebody and ask them, they are willing to help you. Their products are better than some of the ones somewhere else. I think they have good material. I don't have any problems. We will still continue to go there.

It was good. They are 24 hours and I did not have any issues with the equipment.  Though in the past I have had like a stump grinder and a postal digger and they were always helpful. I had problems with the postal digger and it turned out it was a problem with the equipment and they swapped it out that same day and they made sure that the new one worked okay. I have to say they were pretty prompt and courteous in getting everything taken cared of with that one issue.

They have about everything I need when I need it and their hours are very convenient.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD CARPET LAYERS. THEY HAD EVERYTHING MOVED AND THE CARPET LAID IN NO TIME. THEY CLEANED UP AND LEFT.

IT WAS A FAIRLY GOOD EXPERIENCE - COULD HAVE HAD A BETTER SELECTION OF EQUIPMENT.

THEY DID THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER.

CUSTOMER SERVICE COULD HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL.
