Exterior Painting
We had a horrible experience with them. He came down and started to work. He got a draw for the paint and materials he was going to need. He finished 10 of the 12 buildings, but left the other two undone. They are still undone today. We received a notice of lien on the property because he didn't pay for the paint and materials that we gave him the money for the draw on. We've used him for 30 years and we've never had a bad experience until now. He has worked out a payment arrangement with Sherwin Williams and is making the payments. He hasn't paid it in full. The price is excellent. I think that is where he gets in trouble because he under bids it.
