Incredible experience. Courtney did a great job responding to my inquiry and got me setup with a tech quickly. The tech called me on his way and was there when he said he would be. Did a fantastic job fixing the unit and communicating throughout the process. They have a customer for life!

The price was comparable to other companies, but what mattered most to us was the trust we had in Sudden Service. Our service calls were always punctual and the customer service was personal, with the representative taking the time to explain what needed to done, the cost and how long it the service would take. The results were nothing short of miraculous. Our bills dropped to the $150 range and lower! And we were very comfortable. Many companies spend thousands of dollars on TV, advertising their customer service and saying they focus on the customer. Sudden Service spends their time ACTUALLY focusing on the customer We have grown to consider a visit from Sudden Service as a pleasant experience, like having a friend in the business once again. This company is the best kept secret in the business.

When we bought our house as a foreclosure in 2009, we began looking for an AC/Heating company that was willing to set us up on a preventative maintenance schedule so that we could have a our upstairs and downstairs units checked on a regular basis. The installed units were circa 1998 and hadn’t been serviced regularly. Additionally the house had a new gas hot water heater installed but not properly ventilated. We found Sudden Service and they have taken care of us since that time. Their plumbing staff took care of the hot water heater and we pay a small monthly charge and they come out in the spring and fall for summer and winter unit service. When something minor is found, the guys always give us the options to try and nurse along our older units to get the most mileage from them that we could. This allowed us to get 6 and 7 extra years respectively out of our AC units. We’ve since had Sudden Service replace both units and everything is working great. Mike and Melinda in the office have always taken great care of us and Sean has been coming to our house for many years. Sudden Service is a family owned business and has treated us great since 2009. Highly recommended!

Crew arrived at scheduled time, immediately commenced work and completed the job in less time than originally estimated. After 8 months of operation there have been no problems and the new unit costs about 30% less to operate than the original. I've recommended them to friends and relatives.

I have used Sudden Service for our HVAC and air handling needs for several years both at our businesses and my home. The quality of work and always speedy response have never failed to satisfy. My number one choice always.

They are awesome and do good work at a reasonable price. I'm on their yearly maintenance program.

The office staff was very nice when I called in. I explained that our heater was not working properly and that I had a young son. They were very prompt and had a technician out that day. I have a young son that wasn’t feeling well, so I was already frazzled. The gentleman that came out was very courteous and found the problem in a timely manner! He replaced the part and had the heater working in no time. Everyone that I dealt with was very kind and knowledgeable!

WE found Sudden Service through Word of Mouth Referral, they serviced our ancient Unit and it kept going but our bills were running about $300.00 during the Summer Months. We decided to replace the Unit and having had good service from them in the past we called them. They went over the different Units we were looking at and gave us very useful information. we had the Unit installed and our Utility bill literally dropped to half of what we had been paying during the summer months. They have a seasonal servicing package that we get at a very reasonable cost and have been completely satisfied with their continued good service. The Office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, as well as the service staff when they come to your home is very professional and courteous. The service this company provides is just above and beyond expectations..

Great, and FAST! Although we're waiting until the wheels fall off to replace our existing HVAC system, Sudden Service is the only call we will be making. The quality, integrity and trust we have in this company can not be matched!

I got so lucky with these guys. My buddy had some work done by them and said that they were honest brokers. He literally called them up and went through the problems I was encountering. Literally within minutes, Shaun came out to diagnose the problem. Have you ever had a guy look at you and with the sympathy of a doctor giving you bad news, say, "I'm sorry sir, it's a total loss. The whole thing will need to be replaced."? Well, it happened with me. I could tell the guy really cared. He walked me through the process of what I would need to do and said that he'd have his boss (who is actually his father in this family-owned business), call me. Within minutes, Mike called. He walked me through the financing options and helped me select which was best for me. Within a day, they were out there working on the replacement. The crew took me through the setup process and I had cool air. Then Shaun came back out and made sure the job was done correctly and I had their number for any issues at all, day or night. These guys are THE BEST. I have never had such customer service...I just can't say enough good things about these gentlemen, and lady. Thank you, Sudden Service. My highest recommendation.
