Removed "stuff" and sealed surfaces in a very efficient manner.

Long story short, after many trips to fix what should have been done right the first time, I am left with badly cracked granite kitchen counter-tops with obvious repairs, and some type of chemical spilled on my front hallway tiles and door that left a stain several feet wide. I would not use this company or their sister company, Furniture Medic.

The minute I called the agent at Servicemaster, he promised to be here in an hour and he was prompt and did a great job.

They were great! on time, organized, and very informative.

They did an excellent job of quickly extracting the water, carefully moving furniture and pulling off wet baseboards. When they were finished they brought in large fans to continue drying the area. They were quick, efficient, careful and courteous! I would use them again, as well as, refer them!!

Service Master did a very good job. We called around 6pm on a Monday evening. They arrived before 8pm and worked past midnight. They returned the next three days to monitor the drying. They provided us with what they thought the damage was, and what parts of the ceiling and walls should be replaced, as well as which cabinets should be rebuilt. They took photos of the damage before removing he items and provided these to us for documentation.

My home with touched by a water catastrophe. My choice under panic was to employ the wrong construction company. Employing a fraudlant company to do the restoration had consequences . They left me in a worth off status than the result of the water damage itself , with clogged air pipes with paint that they sprayed though I mentioned that my kid has asthma. I explained to the construction co that need the most environmental paint products and methods. Not only did they ignore their promise, I had myself acquired Asthma just, by coming into the premises and lost all my trust in any goodness in the human nature, until I saw Service Master In Euless. The level of dust, paint, air duct cleaning, installments of missing construction parts from ceiling to floors was unbelievable. They took the responsibility to do all of it. I could trust that they were taking into consideration my best interest not as the other companies, only cared about making the Insurance people happy. They cleaned better than me. They brought the right equipment to every single mission. Every one of them, from movers to manager, played such a professional role, showed modesty and genius ways in handling challenges, in every mission. They were like bees helping each other move my furniture, clean my house keep an eye on me and the minute they see my worries the second they ask if I prefer it to be moved in another manner . I felt their compassion and devotion to their work and company. I know without doubt they understood and felt my pain. No matter what I say or do , I cannot repay these people. Hope they know that I didn’t forget to say Thanks. Such an honor to have known each and every one of you.

They were very prompt and they came out with enough supplies and people to clean up the mess quickly. They sanitized it pretty good. I like that they came out so quickly - it was on a Sunday. The only thing I could fault them for was the things that were soiled that they took outside that could have been wiped down better.

Selected this Service Master because of the 'A' rating on Angies list. They were very professional in all of our dealings. This company was used to complete the drying process. They returned at the scheudled time each of the 3 days it took for the drying to be complete. Were flexible with scheduling return times. One of the fellows working was being trained. I was impressed with how the trainer was working with the trainee. The cost was handled by insurance company

It looks perfect. They showed up on time and did a great job.

From the initial contact and quote throughout the experience, my expectations were met or exceeded.

They did a good job and were pretty professional. They were very responsive as well.

When our upstairs toilet overflowed, it was a while before we discovered it. When we did, we found water dripping from the downstairs ceiling in two rooms. It was a major mess. Service Master came in and did "full-court press" to get the floors and walls disinfected and dried. They were very systematic and thorough in their approach. The job took multiple days, but they were sensitive to the fact that their drying equipment is pretty noisy and they were diligent to remove equipment from an area that had dried as soon as possible. They did a quality job of getting our home dried out.

Awesome, we could not be happier with the services provided. They surpassed our expectations in every category. Everything from timeliness, professionalism, puctuality, and the actual results were outstanding. They were very careful to make sure nothing was not scratched or damaged in the process. I was impressed with the percautions they take and how good the carpets looked when they were done. Even thought they are resaonably priced, for me cost is secondary; I want a company that is honest, professional and thorough that is why I use and will continue to use ServiceMaster Advanced Restorations.

The workers arrived within 45 minutes after we called them. They were pleasant, polite, and professional and worked quickly. They removed the flooring and cleaned up the mess.

They were prompt and professional. They were great to deal with. I didn't compare prices but I'm assuming it was reasonable. Our neighbors were using them and my husband went over and talked to them. They were very good. They explained everything to us and put in new filters.
